Client Jobs Creation Commission, under the Prime Minister’s Office of Ethiopia Background In 2019, the Jobs Creation Commission (JCC) developed a National Plan of Action for the creation of 14 million jobs in Ethiopia until 2025. The plan identified key interventions for thematic areas namely Active Labor Market Programs and Employability, Skills Development, Employment Services and Labor Market Information.
